Insurances we take so far:
AARP, Aetna, Ambetter, Amerigroup, BCBS, Cigna, GEHA, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare DME, State Farm, Scott & White, Superior Heathplan, United Healthcare, USAA, Wellcare of TX, Wellmed. Also, Mutual of Omaha is out-of-network though we've had it covered as a secondary to Medicare. 

 Medical Qualifications:
To qualify to use insurance for a house call, we need to be able to document some medical reason of why it is difficult for patients to travel. Some examples: Difficulty walking, walker use, wheelchair use, bedbound status, blindness, dementia, fatigue upon exertion. If easily able to drive / travel, we do have self-pay rates as well.
